A form of silent fast walk popularly known as "Russian walking". Works with mouse wheel bound to +duck and a normal +duck button. What I am trying to show is the rhytm you have to use in order to make this work. I know it took me some time to find it. :) My hardware which is in the clip is; logitech G3 mouse, Logitech old keyboard (white wired), big allsop mat and a 17" AOC screen. I use a resolution of 640*480, powerstrip and net_graph 3 There is no music In the background there is my boxing sack, snowboard and a kettlebell
